Yen Chan is an experienced attorney, a tenured business director, and a project manager. She is currently the head of the Philippine Sports Commission’s legal office, where she has successfully assimilated corporate governance in a government agency setting. Having extensive government agency work, she assists in drafting and reviewing contracts, streamlining organizational processes in accordance to Philippine law and is proficient in government proceedings.
Outside of her government-related duties, she works as director and corporate secretary for a private family-owned corporation. Her dedication to laws and policies allows her to efficiently organize the company’s internal and legal documents and review the projects undertaken. On top of such, she duly reports to the organization’s stockholders whenever targets and milestones have been achieved.
Yen also functions as a project head for a reputable real estate development corporation. She makes key decisions regarding marketing and sales, real estate agent/broker relations, site development and construction and finance.
